Each flavor of the cheese tart was invented by our pastry chef using many trials and error to get the best balance of taste from the cheese and freshest ingredients that we sourced from a quality supplier! Each cheese tart is made with 3 different types of cheese and cream. The crust is double baked to light brown to golden brown. Enjoy !💕
